Founded by Pennie Jane, our studio is built on the belief that Pilates should be anything but boring. With over 30 years experience as an instructor and a background in dance and fitness, Pennie created Cardio Funk, a fusion of dance and fitness that brought high energy to movement. After teaching at renowned studios like Danceworks and Pineapple, she transitioned into Pilates with a mission: to make it dynamic, seamless, and music-driven.

Our reformer classes are designed with fluid transitions, choreography-inspired sequences, and carefully curated music that enhances the workout experience. Every session is not just about strengthening the body but also about moving with rhythm, energy, and creativity.

Experience Pilates like never before—where movement flows, music drives the session, and every class feels like a performance.
